Yoga Trapeze

Back Pain Gone in Just 7 Minutes Upside Down

Common Benefits Reported by Students:

  • Instant traction on your spine (within minutes)
  • Relief of back pain and possibly sciatica
  • Core strength development
  • Deeper backbends, shoulder tension release
  • Functional upper body and full-body strength

Students are often attracted to the Yoga Trapeze for spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength offered compliments a mat-based yoga practice to create a full-body fitness routine.

A yoga practice or exercise routine that integrates The Yoga Trapeze, even if just once or twice per week, includes pushing, pulling, holding, twists, backbends, forward bends, hip opening and so much more. You can work your shoulders, calm your nerves, and leave class floating on air.

Your spine is just like an accordion made up of vertebrae and discs, and the pain you experience is almost always the result of compression. If you release that compression, even just a millimeter, it can massively reduce your pain. Everyone’s body is different, but it is amazing how many people find inversion therapy effective. In just seven minutes you can find remarkable relief.

Benefits of Inversion Yoga:

  • Creates space in your spine with TRACTION
  • Improve STRENGTH all around especially with pull motions you do not get in a regular yoga class
  • Increase FLEXIBILITY using gravity to achieve deeper passive stretches
  • Improve BALANCE on and off the ground

NO inversions if you have any of the following conditions:
– Glaucoma
– Heart Disease
– High or Low Blood pressure
– Vertigo

Golden Yoga Trapeze Classes are for beginners, first-timers, and ages 55 and up. It is a slower paced class and going upside down is optional or can be a long-term goal. Please do not hesitate to let your instructor know of any inversion preference.

What Clients Are Saying:

I've done hot yoga for almost 20 years, so I was excited to try yoga trapeze. Doing yoga while incorporating the use of a trapeze is a workout that challenges your strength, balance and flexibility in a new way. The class was lively and fun yet challenging. It felt like a combination of yoga and TRX combined. I would highly recommend trying this workout.

I love yoga trapeze as it stretches my body with ease and it relaxes my body afterwards which helps me sleep better."

Enjoy the exercises. New muscle movement I'm not used to doing. Challenging
